Believe - Aspire - Excel

By now children should have the latest work packs of exciting activities delivered by staff. Within the learning pack there are activities for maths, writing and storytelling. Below are some lessons posted by the Oak National Academy to help support you teach some of the activities in the pack.  Use the websites listed in the pack as well, they lots have got games to play or videos to watch and will support your child’s learning. Our topic this half term would have been “Let’s Imagine”. We would have explored Superheroes, Fairies, Aliens, Pirates and anything magical you can possibly think of! Explore this topic by engaging in imaginative play with your children using the toys you have at home. Use the toys to make up stories, give them funny voices, and make them do silly things – BE IMAGINATIVE J

You have a story map done by Miss Jenkins in your pack, see if you can use these videos to help you make a better one! I have included other examples of story maps for you to take inspiration from! (Aim to do 1-2 a week)
