LI: to write a story about 'Heroes'.

Look at the sheet with the picture of Heroes on it?

Who are they? Why are they Heroes? Do all heroes look like this? Do you know any heroes in real life?

Write a story about this picture.

 

Remember to use Year 2 tricks e.g.

Capital letters

Finger spaces

Writing on the line - joined where possible

Full stops

Adjectives - describing words

Other punctuation e.g. ?!,'

Mrs Weaving's Activity 10

 

LI: to draw your own Heroes picture and describe it.

 

Who would you have in your 'Heroes' picture? Would it be a character? Would it be someone you know? What makes that person a hero?

 

Now draw your own picture that includes heroes of your choice.

 

Write about it - describe it!
