This week we are learning all about the number one.
We are learning to recognise and write it:
See if you can have a go at writing it lots of times!
You could write it using pencils on paper, or using a paintbrush with water on the walls or floor in the garden.
One number hunt:
Have a go at finding lots of things in your house that you have one of – 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 remote.
Have a go at drawing or making an alien that has one eye, one tooth, one arm, one leg!
Have a go at finding the numeral one around the house – on the clock, on the remote, on a phone, 1p coin, find something that is a circle (it only has 1 side!)
Use the BBC Numberblocks link to find some of the activities that you might enjoy and have a go at them on your computer, phone or iPad.
Parents, please supervise your child whilst using devices connected to the internet.
Awards we have received so far.
