Work to complete if you are isolating.

Hello Year 3!

Use this page to find work for you to complete whilst you are unable to attend school.

English work is to be completed if you self isolating and can be found on the link below.

Please read through the book carefully and complete the tasks.  You can either print out your work and bring it back to school with you when you return or you can take a picture and email your work to Miss Ashe or Mrs Weaving.

Your weekly spellings are set on Spelling Shed. Log in to your account to practice these spellings at home.  You can access Spelling Shed by clicking the link below.  Your account login details can be found in your reading record book.  If you are unable to find these please email Miss Ashe f.ashe@forestdale.bham.sch.uk

We have been working hard in Year 3 with our new handwriting.  While at home you can access our handwriting scheme where you can practise your fancy pants cursive handwriting.

Remember to use those starting kicks and ending flicks.

You can access Letterjoin by clock on the link below.

Maths work to be completed at home...

We are focusing on our times tables this year in Year 3.  We need to be confident and have quick recall for our 2s, 5s and 10 times tables.  It is important to also know our division related facts for these tables to, for example;

3 x 2 = 6    so     6 ÷ 2 = 3     or        6÷ 3 = 2

Remember Sumdog will help you practise your maths and work will be set for you to complete.  The link below will take you to the Sumdog website.  Your login details can be found in your reading record.
