At Forestdale Primary School, we believe in recognising and celebrating the effort, progress, kindness and success of every child.

Each week, we come together for our Achievement Assembly – a special opportunity to celebrate the children who have made a difference through their learning, attendance, behaviour, effort and the way they live out our school values.

Our weekly awards include:

🏆 Dojo Class Winners
Celebrating the classes who have worked together, shown positive attitudes and consistently demonstrated our expectations throughout the week.

📚 English Award
Recognising children who have shown outstanding effort, progress, creativity or achievement in English.

🔢 Maths Award
Celebrating children who have demonstrated determination, mathematical thinking, progress or excellence in their maths learning.

💛 Values Award
Recognising children who have truly lived out our school values – showing kindness, respect, courage, perseverance and care for others.

🌟 Attendance Award
Celebrating the children and classes who have demonstrated excellent attendance and a commitment to making the most of every opportunity to learn.

Achievement isn't just about being the best. It is about being the best you can be.

We celebrate children who have overcome challenges, shown remarkable effort, supported a friend, made great progress or simply refused to give up.

Every week, our Achievement Assembly reminds us that small steps can lead to big achievements.

We are incredibly proud of our Forestdale children and love celebrating their successes together.
