The children all look very smart– and we want to maintain this throughout the year!

School uniform is ~ Black/grey trousers,  black/grey skirt or pinafore dress, burgundy jumper or cardigan, white shirt/blouse or polo shirt

Red and white gingham dresses and black/grey school shorts are permitted during the summer.  

PE Kit =  black pumps, white or burgundy T-shirt or school T-shirt and black shorts .  It is important your children come to school dressed in their correct clothing - e.g. NO FOOTBALL SHIRTS.  Dark joggers are also allowed.

All children should come to school in their PE kits on PE days.

BLACK TRAINERS/SHOES ONLY PLEASE. We are active learners at Forestdale and children need to wear appropriate footwear. (black trainers are permitted as we run an active curriculum. No boots or large heels are allowed in school.

We take school uniform very seriously as we know it provides the children with a sense of identity and respect for our school. We expect ALL children to wear the school uniform and we will contact parents if this is not the case.

Please ensure hair is of an appropriate style for school - no dying of hair. No jewellery is allowed in school with the exception of stud earrings which need to be covered by parents or removed for P.E.     We cannot provide plasters or tape.

School uniform can be purchased locally at Kids Essentials.  We also have limited stock in school and we do hold regular second hand sales for uniform donated back to school.  Alternatively you can get plain items of clothing (without the badge) in the same colours at local supermarkets.  If you have any problems please speak with the office.
