The children at Forestdale love their artwork and we are passionate about developing the skills to allow them to progress. We encourage the children to explore their ideas and become  proficient in drawing, painting, sculpture and other art, craft and design techniques.  They have the opportunity to evaluate and analyse creative works using the language of art, craft and design.

Each year group find out about a variety of great artists, craft makers and designers, and begin to understand the historical and cultural development of their art forms.
